puzzlesTerms of Use
When you access puzzles on your Android phone, iOS browser, or desktop, you agree to the terms we've set out here. These terms cover account opening, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, dispute resolution, and the jurisdiction limits on our services.
We've written these terms in plain language rather than dense legal prose. They reflect how we actually operate: what we require from you, what you can expect from us, and what happens if something goes wrong. Reading through them takes subject to verification and gives you a clear picture of your rights and obligations on puzzles.
This page sets out the core principles. If you have specific questions after reading, our support team can clarify further.
How Our Terms Work
Jurisdiction and Service Availability
Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. If you access puzzles from a location where such services are illegal, we cannot be held liable for your choice to proceed.
We operate under the understanding that users in supported jurisdictions—including parts of Southeast Asia—may lawfully access our platform. We do not knowingly service users in restricted regions, and we reserve the right to close accounts found in violation of local restrictions.
Account Opening and Eligibility
To open an account on puzzles, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide truthful information during registration. We require an email address, a mobile phone number, and basic identity details. For certain transactions (larger deposits, first withdrawal), we ask for additional verification: a government-issued ID, a residential address proof, or a bank statement.
We perform these checks to comply with anti-money-laundering rules and to protect both you and puzzles. If your verification documents are incomplete or inconsistent with your account data, we may suspend your account pending clarification. This is not a penalty—it's a standard compliance step.
You agree not to open multiple accounts or share your account login with others. If we detect duplicate accounts or account sharing, we close all associated accounts and forfeit any balance. We monitor for suspicious activity patterns and reserve the right to freeze an account while we investigate.
Deposits and Our Payment Partners
We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Each payment method has its own terms set by the payment provider—not by us. If mobile banking, for instance, temporarily blocks transactions, that's a local payment issue, and we have limited ability to override it. We recommend maintaining backup payment methods.
Deposits to puzzles are processed by our payment partner and sync to your account within minutes under normal circumstances. If a deposit doesn't appear within an hour, contact our support team with your transaction ID. We'll investigate with the payment provider and credit your account if the money reached us but failed to post.
We do not charge deposit fees, though some payment providers (like certain banks) may charge small transfer fees on their side. These are not our fees; we pass funds through unchanged.
Withdrawals and Settlement
You can withdraw your balance to the same payment method you used to deposit. If you deposited via mobile banking, we withdraw back to local payment (minus any pending bets or holds). Bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) return to the account number you registered with.
Withdrawal processing is subject to verification windows: we may hold a withdrawal for up to 48 hours while we confirm your account status and check for fraud. This protects both you and puzzles. Once cleared, the money transfers to your bank or wallet and should arrive within the timeframe set by that provider (usually 1–5 business days).
You cannot withdraw funds tied to pending bets or bonus conditions. If you've met a bonus playthrough requirement and have unsettled wagers, those bets must settle first. Only then can you withdraw the resulting balance.
Bonuses and Promotional Terms on puzzles
We occasionally offer bonuses on deposits or special promotions tied to events (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Liga 1 seasons, Piala Indonesia). Each promotion comes with specific terms: a minimum deposit, a playthrough requirement (the number of times you must wager the bonus before you can withdraw it), and eligible game types. We publish these terms in the Promotions section on puzzles.
Bonuses are credited automatically once you meet the deposit condition. They sit in a "bonus balance" separate from your cash balance. You must wager the bonus (plus any winnings from it) according to the stated multiplier before converting it to cash. If you try to withdraw before meeting the playthrough, the bonus forfeits.
Some games (like certain live-dealer tables) contribute less toward playthrough than others. We disclose contribution percentages in the promotion details. Read these carefully to understand how your wagers count toward the requirement.
Your Rights and Our Commitments
Fairness and Game Integrity
All games on puzzles—whether sportsbook (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, MotoGP, badminton), live dealer (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), or esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile)—are provided by licensed third-party operators. We do not manipulate odds or results.
Sportsbook results come from official sports bodies and data providers. Live-dealer tables feature real dealers and physical equipment. Slots use certified random-number generators. We audit these systems regularly and make audit reports available upon request to users.
Disputes and Resolution
If you believe a result is incorrect or a transaction has been mishandled, contact our support team immediately. Provide your account details, bet ID or transaction reference, and a description of the issue. We investigate all disputes within 48 business hours and respond with findings.
Most disputes resolve in your favour if we find an error on our side. If the dispute stems from a sportsbook result, we compare our records against the official operator's data. If they match, the result stands—we do not overrule the official outcome. For live-dealer disputes, we check studio footage and our system logs. For slot disputes, we review RNG records.
If you're unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to our compliance officer. We aim to resolve escalations within 10 business days. We do not offer arbitration or external dispute resolution at this time; puzzles retains final say on all account decisions.
We operate puzzles with the principle that your account is yours, your funds are yours, and transparency in how we settle bets is non-negotiable.
Account Suspension and Closure
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we detect breach of these terms: duplicate accounts, fraudulent identity, money laundering indicators, or prohibited bonus abuse. Suspension is temporary; closure is permanent. If your account is closed, we return any remaining balance to your registered payment method within 10 business days.
You may also self-close your account at any time. Go to Account Settings on puzzles, select "Close Account", and confirm. Once closed, you cannot reopen it under the same email. Any balance is refunded to your payment method.
Data Privacy and Security
We store your personal data (name, email, phone, ID documents, payment details) securely using encryption. We do not sell your data to third parties. We share information only with our payment partners (to process transactions), compliance authorities (if legally required), and our support and fraud-prevention teams.
You can request a copy of your data or ask for erasure (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting us. Read our full privacy policy for details on how long we retain data and what rights you have.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new games, payment methods, or legal requirements. We notify you via email if material changes occur. If you disagree with an update, you have the right to close your account before the change takes effect. Continued use of puzzles after the effective date of an update means you accept the new terms.
For questions about these terms or our policies, contact our support team via email or live chat. They're available to clarify any point in this document and to help resolve any concerns you have about your account on puzzles.
